When I was embroidering Chinese Song embroidery (video) and Gu embroidery (Figure 1), the silk embroidery thread I used was very colorful 🌼🌸🌺🌹, and the matching threads had to be very abundant and accurate🎯

Note: Since the Song Dynasty, embroidery has been closely intertwined with traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy. This fusion has given rise to a unique form of artistic embroidery, characterized by mature needlework techniques that are recognized worldwide. This art not only enhances daily life but also reflects the aesthetic sensibilities of its creators. The China Embroidery Research Institute has been working to revive this precious embroidery art, which is at risk of being lost.
